P&P & Ordering Info

  • Like most mail/online orders we charge P&P in addition to the price of the item. For one boot remover/jack or if you order a stool or boot scraper, we charge £3.50; for 2 boot  jacks/items £5.00 and for 3 or more, £6.50. For the Matryoshka it is £2.15.                    (Prices are related to the weight of the items.)                Please note that the above applies to one address in the UK.                                             

  • We are delighted to send our items abroad, but may ask you to pay an additional postage/insurance charge, see * below and the Handy Tip also below. 

  • Supplied boot removers may vary slightly from those pictured,  e.g number of spots, shades of paint, please let us know if  the exact colour is vital.

  • Each boot remover is hand cut and shaped from pine. It is then knotted, primed and painted. Finally the top, bottom  & sides are varnished (yacht varnish is used).  This process makes each boot remover both robust & hardwearing. They are designed for the adult boot with measurements of 38 by 17 cm, elevation 7cm (approx). As everything is done by hand the finish is 'rustic'. If you are looking for an ultra smooth 'perfect' factory finish our boot jacks and stools may not be for you, however do consider our new boot jack which has been made by a skilled joiner, see Foreman Freddie's on the Our Boot Jacks page; although designed for the corporate market they can be bought individually.

  • ORDER WITH CONFIDENCE, remember that under laws introduced in 2000, you have 7 days, we take this as 7 working days, from when you have received the boot remover in which you can return it and get a full refund on the purchase price. Of course we hope that you won't, but we think that it's nice for you to know!                                                                                                                                
  • If you wish to pay by credit card or by Paypal, please use the website - you can use either! Or, if you prefer to pay by cheque, please contact us and we will arrange this. We will normally wait for the cheque to clear before despatching your order.                                                                                     
  • Handy Tip                                                                         If you need to pay extra by Paypal; go to the My Accounts page, then on the menu bars select 'Send Money' (which is to the immediate right of the 'My Account' box)                                then in the 'To' box type in our email address which is: payment@giveittheboot.com                                             then the amount                                                                   etc.
